    Carlos came out within 36 hours of adding us to his project list (we did not have an emergency situation) which was greatly appreciated. He taught me how the system works and what parts I needed. He was thorough and efficient, and we were repaired in under an hour, including diagnostic and discussion time. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, even recommending the basic/cheaper pump over the upgraded/pricier one. He had great communication over phone/text when required. We would definitely use his services again!

    This guy ripped off my primo and quality was so poor my 10 year could have done and he never repaired the damaged caused by his machine. I don’t know how he could do this to an elderly person who is disabled and on a fixed income. We had to pay 3 times more to fix correct and fix the additional damage he caused. Carlos you should be ashamed…..
