I recently called in to schedule a septic pumping. I gave the location and name of my company and the woman I was speaking with says " we only deal with direct, sorry" and hangs up. I then proceed to call back 3 times to see what happened and get sent straight to voicemail. I didn't want to leave this review but to blatantly not answer my calls is absurd. Please fix this. Thanks!

After meeting with Charlie and having his company pump our septic. I would highly recommend his services! It has been a little less than a month ago that he and his team was out. We have a unique situation going on and when he and his team arrived, we realized an immediately that he knew what he was talking about. As we have continued down this journey his experience and knowledge have been spot on. We have certainly grateful to the information and perspective that he has provide! Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about Charlie and Eagle Plumbing and Septic, LLC Charlie is a true professional through and through. They remain pretty busy but definitely worth the wait as the work will be done on schedule and done right and at a fair price as promised. He has a great attitude and loves what he does and he takes pride in the quality of his work. I don't give out many 5 Stars but in this case I'd give 6 if I could.
