Everything was top-notch until the job was completed. The second the work wrapped up, the lead technician, Josh, called me. He acted as if I should have known the exact completion time and expected me to be standing there with a check in hand, even though none of this was communicated beforehand. If he had waited just 10 minutes, I would have been home to pay him. Unfortunately, that was a minor issue compared to what followed. I was under the impression they would tie the sewer lines back into the structure, but at the end, I was told they don't do that.

Anthony serviced our swamp cooler at my mother-in-law's house and Steven took care of ours last weekend to get them ready for this year. Both men an amazing job making sure everything is working properly on them. I greatly appreciate both of those guys taking care of everything.
