Excellent service! I called in the middle of the night and instantly received a kind and understanding response about my irrigation system that had gone haywire. Robert communicated with me about when he could come the next morning and found my issue right away and educated me in the process! He also gave me information about a different potential issue in my house that I really appreciated. It Didn’t feel salesy at all. It felt like he was genuinely trying to prevent any further plumbing issues.

BUYER BEWARE - I wish I would have read the other reviews before I gave any money to this business, because the same thing that others have written about happened to me unfortunately. This has been a very frustrating process, and I hope to save others reading this from having to go through this. Robert Huffman (owner of the company) is not reliable - do not trust this business to complete the work and look elsewhere immediately. Robert came out to my house and seemed friendly and determined to assist with drainage and tree work to assist with our lawn.

This guy is NOT an reputable business owner. After I gave him a deposit for irrigation equipment he never installed it. After repeated delays and excuses he never did the work. I had to start the process of small claims court and he was served by the sheriffs department before the crook finally paid me back.

******* UPDATE: This matter has been resolved with the money being returned without the need of civil court interjection. ******* I had an extremely infuriating experience with Robert and his company, and I feel obligated to warn others. In August 2024, I hired him to address a sinkhole on my property and complete some crawlspace plumbing work. I paid a 50% deposit of nearly $4,000 upfront. Despite 2 months of delays, false assurances, and lack of communication, the work NEVER began.

I would give more than 5 stars if review let me. Robert was able to find we had a crimped pipe and roots as well going into pipes. He is an honest man and is fair on pricing. We are very pleased with the work.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words we really appreciate your business.
