I didnt have a good experience with this company. We were to meet at a certain time as i was coming from out of town. He arrived before me begore the sgreed upon time and just started digging right in front of the home which is not where we wanted it. No conversation with the home owner. Nothing. COMPLETELY BLOCKING ACCESS TO OUR FRONT PORCH from the driveway. Eliminating the only place we could lay a walkway from the driveway. He had already dug and dropped one tank when i arrived.

DTC replaced my drainfield, an install involving multiple truckloads of dirt, grading, and installation of a dome system with a D sub box. The project was complicated by layout constraints and design issues from the environmental engineer. I appreciated that Dave worked directly with the environmental engineer to explore adjustments that would better fit the property. Dave and his team stood behind their work and were responsive in addressing issues as they came up. I would definitely use DTC again and recommend them to others.

Homeowners often mention prompt arrival from the owner, Don Thomas, or technicians Dave and Josh, who respond quickly to backed-up tanks and failed pumps. Their field work covers locating buried tanks, installing replacement pumps, and rebuilding full drain fields. Hannah noted that Don was "quick and helpful" after answering a call on a Saturday. Most customers note clear explanations of system problems and fast repairs that restore household plumbing. One customer, Krystal, reported uncompleted tank work, soft ground, and difficulty getting the crew back to finish the job.
