My sewer was backing up into my home and I was able to call Daniell's and they came out SAME day and got the problem fixed for 1/5 of the price that other companies quoted me. The tech Corey was great, the gal answering the phone was so accommodating and they walked us through the whole process. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

What kind of septic company doesn’t go into the septic tank to flush a leech line!? This one doesn’t! Thanks for absolutely nothing! When someone calls and tells you the info you think you would say something over the phone before wasting someone’s time!

    Response from the owner

Hello Steven, Thanks for the review and the chance to clarify. Just so everyone else understands the right way to do this: Septic tanks are classified as “permit-required confined spaces” by federal OSHA (29 CFR 1910.146). That means we can’t legally send a tech inside without atmospheric testing, forced ventilation, a rescue tripod, and a standby team, none of which anyone brings to a routine service call. The real dangers are no joke: No oxygen Explosive methane Hydrogen sulfide that can drop you with one breath Risk of drowning in sludge That’s why the entire industry moved away from tank entry decades ago. Instead, we hydro-jet from the outlet baffle or a clean-out downstream. It’s 100 % safe for our crew and pushes 4,000+ PSI water straight through every lateral, clearing biomat, roots, and grease better than the old way ever did. We did offer exactly that industry-standard method at your place, and it’s the same process that’s kept thousands of Bullhead City systems flowing for us over the past 19 years. Appreciate you letting us take care of it, and we’re always here if anything else comes up! Clayton Marketing Director Daniells Septic (928) 754-3483 www.daniellsseptic.com

First time septic owner. Had to get mine pumped. Luckily they got out the next day! Im very satisfied with the service from both the reception and especially the work crew! They were patient, professional and got the job done efficiently. Had to get a leech blast and new primary tank cap installed, in addition to the pumping. Price was very reasonable. Thankyou Daniell's !
