    Dama quoted us HVAC and Plumbing for a large commercial project. Upon securing the contract, Dama did not answer the phone or email for months. When they finally got ahold of us, they told us they made a major mistake on the quote and should have never quoted us the job. Their mistake cost us over $50,000. Make sure you get a quote from someone else.

    Dama installed a septic drain field that failed within 2 1/2 years (previous one lasted 17). We had 2 appointments where Dama was a no show to come and look at the problem. We were told Dama would do repairs at cost, however we never received a price quote, despite calling and reminding them. Poor communication and work. Do not recommend.

    We used Dama’s for the plumbing on our new construction building in Crivitz. Their office staff was professional and easy to work with on our estimate. Sophi was very helpful with the order and making sure all the equipment was what we wanted. They got the job done quickly and in a timely manner, and the job site was left very clean every time they were on site working. Highly recommend Dama Plumbing and Heating and will use them again in the future!

    We are seasonal home owners and used them a couple times, emergency service, they didn't fix first time, left door open, then we tried them again recently and they claimed it had to be billed as emergency service even though we requested next day. Claimed they are backed up 2 weeks for regular service yet would rape us on price as emergency service. Went with another local company, Parkway has been outstanding, honest and fair.

    We have had Dama coming to our place for four years. They were good at first. Recently in the past year their rates have gone up over $50 per hour and they do charge for the entire hour only if the job is a quick five minute fix. We had a plumber take out a water saver piece from the faucet to get more water pressure and was charged $150.00 plus tax. I had an appointment for A/C, furnace and humidifier tune-up but was charged also for a water softner tune-up. I spoke with another local plumber who stated water softners do not generally need anything until they break.

Your concerns are important to us, and we’d like to address them. We are currently working on customer-facing forms for our technicians to improve communication about the importance and value of annual maintenance for equipment. Water Pressure Service: This requires more than removing the water saver and cleaning the aerator. Diagnosing low water pressure involves additional checks, especially with a private well and pump system to ensure proper operation. Water Softener Maintenance: Annual maintenance is recommended to ensure proper operation. This includes testing water before and after treatment, verifying settings and programming, cycling the unit, and checking for issues like brine tank bridging, particularly important for seasonal homes with private wells. A/C Tune-Up: When you reported a performance issue five days after maintenance, we responded the same day at no charge. During that visit, we found external system filters needed replacement and airflow was restricted by drapes covering registers.
