    I called D. Cole and Son yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped which hadn't been done since we moved into the house 4 years ago. They were able to get me on the schedule next day! Bob came out and was earlier than I originally scheduled (but called first to confirm that was okay with my schedule) and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of my silly questions. After he was done, he gave me an honest report on the condition of my system and recommended a time frame at which I should consider having it pumped again.

    Bob has a remarkable blend of professionalism, personability, and customer service! Before purchasing a home with a septic system, I called him a couple times to ask some silly first time home owner questions and he answered all of them and said to call back any time if I had more questions come up. I had him come out to pump the tank and replace the lid. He fit me in within a week and was very efficient and thorough. He gave me an honest report of the state of the septic system and made some recommendations on how to maintain it.
