As a proud, independent single woman it can sometimes be challenging to find men in the trades that are willing to educate and treat you as an equal, especially while explaining the care and maintenance of the systems in which they specialize. Kyle was definitely not what I was expecting when I called to have the commercial septic system serviced at my business. He was punctual, kind, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my learning how to most effectively manage this component of my business.
