    Coopers driver didn’t properly clean my septic tank, she didn’t dig up the pump hole. She just stood there with her foot on the hose in my 5” riser that is used to clear blockages. This does nothing to get the scum layer, and the sludge layer out. Waste of money. The next guy had to work his butt off to correct coopers lousy job.

    I was referred to Coopers by my next door neighbor to fix our septic system. I had two other companies come out and quote me anywhere from $2000 - $3500 for a new inlet baffle. Ben came out and did a camera assessment and determined we had no issues with our baffle had to install another riser. Cleaned out the build up and replaced all the gravel (kind of but told me he wasn't a landscaper). This fix was <$500.00. Have great respect Ben's (and his teammate) honestly and willing to solve the issue and not just fix stuff that isn't broken.

    4/22/2026 Coopers Septic Service came out this morning to pump out our septic tank. Carl arrived and was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, personable and explained exactly what he was doing which we appreciated. Carl is the type of employee that any company would be lucky to have working for them. There should be more employees like him. THANK YOU CARL!!!!!!!!

    Great service. I called the morning of Feb 10. Our septic was back up and doing what septic do by afternoon. The dispatcher was awesome. She got us service quick. Tgey are our go to with any pipe or septic drainage issues. Thank you.

    First, I want to say that the company representative and driver were polite and professional, and the service itself was completed as expected, thus the 2 stars. However, I want to share the issues I experienced. I chose this company because the previous homeowner used them, and I assumed they were familiar with my septic system. Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years later, I called again and repeatedly asked if they knew the exact size of my tank.
