Collins Septic Tank Service in Kingsport, TN

Bathroom and basement had flooded on Saturday night. He came then to take a look and give me a free estimate. Came back Sunday morning at 9. It had backed up and stopped up the pipes. He got those unstopped. Found the sump pump in the basement had a small hole. Worked on that. Total charge 375. No kidding. He's a really good Christian man who does the right thing even when he doesn't have to. I will Never use anyone else!!!

Have to share this "restore faith in humanity" story🥹 Many of you know we lived in a camper for a little over a year while we were building. We had to have our black tanks pumped monthly, so we hired Collin's Septic Service. Mr. Collin's and his son came rain, snow or shine any time we called them. They are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Our girls would wait at the tiny window on the side of the camper to give them their money every time they came. They quickly became friends and looked forward to "the poopy guys🤣🤪" coming.

We called at 5pm yesterday and he came out this morning. Super nice and very professional. Roto rooter told me I needed blueprints and he came out and found It no problem. Will definitely use them again!!

Need new drivers. Texting and driving the entire time, going 10-15 under and in the wrong lane half the time. Not sure about the service but the drivers deserve 1 star
