Adam from Collins sanitary charged me to camera my lines twice at my expense. After charging me over 3k to install an outside cleanout he stated that someone had put grout in my drain line and there was nothing they could do.to fix the repeated clogs. He refused to give me the video footage he claimed he had of my lines, footage I paid for, I had my man call to request it and he hung up on him. Edwards sewer came out and camera’ed my lines once and sent me footage on the spot. They found the issue in the first 5 minutes.

We had Blake and Nolan out here to clean a blocked drain in our septic system. I called them and within two hours they were here and gone problem fixed. They are very knowledgeable. Not only fast and as close to immediate as you can get service but very reasonable. I had actually called Orville Quante at 7 am left them a message and still haven't gotten a call back . I'm a Collins customer for life now. I am actually scheduling my tank cleaning with them now .

Great experience with Collins. Called the office and talked to Pam, she said a service person would call me back. Adam called as promised and showed up at my house with a courtesy call 45 minutes prior so I could meet him there. Adam was very professional, knows what he's doing and had my issue taken care of in no time for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Collins.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviews describe drain and septic trouble that was dealt with quickly. Craig had a blocked drain in his septic system cleared "within two hours" of calling. Colton had a paper backup fixed the same day, and Rick had his problem diagnosed and repaired in one visit. Jody got a call 45 minutes before the technician arrived, and Travis called for pumping and found the job involved more than that. Karen said the crew pumped the tank from the box and not the pipe. Several reviews name Adam as the person who came out. One customer, Margarita, reported that after an outside cleanout was installed and her lines were cameraed, the clogs kept coming back and a different company later found the cause.
