Weekend and short notice work is what these customers describe. JM describes a clog dealt with at a weekend by someone sent out straight away, and Chris describes a sewage problem at a client's house attended the very next morning. The crews are named and the conditions are not always kind. jay describes Brennon arriving for a routine clean and pump after torrential rain had turned the driveway to a mess, in oppressive heat, and getting on with it. One five star account still raises a question about the bill. Aaron describes an inspection in very cold weather and says he is unclear how emergency and standard pumping are separated on the statement, which is worth settling before the next visit.
