I had an excellent experience with Chattanooga Septic and Excavating the owner Logan Roberts and his wife (didn’t catch her name) whom answered my original call, when I was in complete freakout mode, she spoke to me calmly and reassuring. They were incredibly quick to respond and arrive. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They truly put me at ease and calmed my nerves throughout the process. I felt confident in their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services!

Called Logan after having a terrible experience with Metro and man, I should have called him sooner. He gave me multiple options, a good price and was great the entire process.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Logan is named in almost every account, often alongside his wife who takes the calls. Caitlyn describes ringing in what she calls complete freakout mode and being spoken to calmly before anything was arranged. Several accounts describe county inspectors attending the same day the field lines were excavated. That is the part of the job that usually causes the delay.

SSDS Installer Permit / Septic Tank Pumping Contractor Permit

The TDEC Active Septic System Installers and Pumpers lists Chattanooga Septic Systems.

  • License
    SSDS Installer Permit
    Number
    #13203
    Status
    Active TDEC permit, operating statewide
    Checked
    13 Sept 2026

Tennessee publishes active installer and pumping permits statewide, and this company appears there under permit 13203 for subsurface sewage disposal installation. That entry covers installation work. Those permits are issued to the holder, who is often an individual rather than a trading name, and the list carries no address. So a match confirms the permit and the person behind it, which is the useful thing when a company trades under a different name from the one on the permit.
