    Castro and his team did a great job with all the plumbing in our basement, including the shower and toilet. They made the whole process easy and stress free, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. They were professional, easy to work with, and did quality work. I couldn’t ask for more.     UPDATE: Contractor assured me the workers wereto work from 9-3 daily and they were often still working until 4 or 5 pm which was undesirable due to family activities. Suggest that workmanship and customer service training be employed by business for it's young workers. Want to add that the pictures were sent to contractor throughout the remodel that I found unsatisfactory and yet they remain despite several attempts to rectify. Wanted this finished and will deal with it on my own.

The photographs posted were taken before the work was completed. We have photographs of the finished bathroom that show a substantially different result. We consider it unfair to represent the work delivered through images of unfinished stages without including that final context. We also disagree with the suggestion that we rushed to finish. For context, the work had to fit within the agreed access hours, including your request that our crew leave by 4:30 p.m. Regarding the door, we disagree with the assessment of its quality. We retain purchase receipts identifying the product supplied and its cost, and we are willing to review any specific concerns about its installation or finish. We would have appreciated the opportunity to review your concerns about the final result with you before this review was published. That conversation would have allowed us to compare the points raised with the completed work and assess whether any adjustments within the agreed scope were warranted. We stand behind our work and respect your right to share your experience. Even so, we do not believe this review fairly and fully represents the result delivered.     We have used Castro Home Services for years on a variety of different projects. They are very responsive to our requests and trustworthy.     Castro Home Services did a great job on my bathroom remodel. They removed an old fiberglass shower and replaced it with a bigger shower with corner glass doors. They installed tile on 2 walls, matching the specific wave tile pattern very well, plus replaced all the fixtures in the tub & 2 sinks, put in new fans & painted the whole room. The new shower has a grab bar, fold down seat & hand wand. Love the new look & open space feel!
