We reached out, quite desperately, to Prime Plumbing after we lost confidence with another plumbing company we were working with. From our first contact with the person who answered the phone, we instantly felt reassured that Prime Plumbing could address the issue with our effluent pump. Corban arrived right when he said he would, and proved to be a knight in shining armor, taking in the entirety of our situation with a calm and professional demeanor and making a plan on how to best proceed.

    Response from the owner

Kat, thank you so much for the incredibly kind review, Corban and Will will get a kick out of the “knight in shining armor” and “halo” comments, and I’m proud they could step in, stay calm, explain everything clearly, and get those new pumps installed the right way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We truly appreciate your trust, and I’m glad our team helped you feel reassured and taken care of from the first call through the long day of work.

Corban and Will rock! They came out and fixed another plumber's mishap. They're our new forever plumber. I would not hesitate to hire their company for any plumbing job. They even recommended Shipp electric to do one electrical portion and that was a great recommendation. I truly recommend them and they're really nice people too. The back office staff was also very helpful and on point. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. We discussed all the options beforehand and then we made a plan and then they executed it flawlessly.

A well deserved 5 stars! First I was impressed by the text message to inform me that my technician was on the way. It not only gave me his name and a photo, but also had a brief introduction and bio - nice touch! The technician arrived, explained the 5 point service evaluation he would provide. At first I was annoyed because I figured it was the typical upselling and I had specific issues (back-flow test and 2nd floor washing machine drain pan installed) I needed addressed immediately.

    Response from the owner

Lisa, thank you so much for the well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐️ We’re glad the on-the-way text and technician intro helped set expectations, and even more glad the full evaluation caught those failed pressure tanks before they turned into a bigger problem. Paul will really appreciate your kind words, thanks for trusting Prime Plumbing for everything, and we’re happy you felt the work was done with quality and care.

Before You Call

Choosing between more years of pump-outs and a new system is the decision these two services set up, and Prime Plumbing can speak to both on one call. With the water table sitting high around Glen Burnie, one question worth asking is what a site evaluation turns up on your own lot before a drain field is planned.
