    Could not be more helpful or generous. Drove way out of his way to northern Watauga county to look at our spring system. He and another man spent over an hour trying to restore our spring water. He then advised us to get a well since he estimated the chances of reheading it were not good. When I asked what I owed him, he told me they do free on-site assessments. He charged me nothing. I tried to get him to take payment for his time and the long drive out of his way. Would trust him to do any future work we might need.

    We’ve had ongoing issues with our well filtration. The local plumbing company had replaced the filter system twice and we still didn’t have adequate filtration. Case put in a new system as well as a pressure booster and completed a few minor repairs, all in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!
