Had a great experience with K&K and Kevin. Residential project, I spoke to several other graders that kind of scoffed at my project and vision. Kevin came to my house on a Saturday, spent probably an hour on site actually walking around, taking measurements, taking notes, and I think I had a quote by Monday night, itemized. They did a phenomenal job. I most appreciated that Kevin isn’t pretentious and he is open to ideas/suggestions as the project transpires. His philosophy is definitely “if this was my project what would I want”. Completed in the timeframe estimated and on budget.

I hired Kevin with K&K Grading and Excavating to do my site work for a new tiny home. From the very first meeting to the last load of gravel, Kevin was a true professional and very easy to work with. Kevin has a wealth of experience and knowledge with respect to matters involving all types of land clearing, excavating, grading, road building, retaining walls, culvert installation, and septic systems. His ability to take my vision for a home site and make it a reality was truly remarkable.
