Before You Call
Buying or selling a house is the deadline case, and a septic inspection booked early is what keeps a closing on track. Because Cartrights pumps tanks as well as inspecting them, a system that has gone years without service can be handled in the same visit. One question worth asking on the phone is whether the camera check out to the seepage area is part of the booking.
