We had a great experience with this company! They first inspected the septic system while we were buying our house and found that the existing tank was cracked. They ended up replacing the entire tank, and the whole process was much easier than we expected. Kim was awesome to work with. She was super communicative, easy to get ahold of, and always kept us updated on what was going on. Curtis and Roy handled the installation, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, down-to-earth, and did a great job. A couple of months later, we noticed an issue with the install.

    Response from the owner

Carolina Septic Solutions came as a referral from my home inspector and they were great! They helped me help my buyers navigate pumping and inspecting a septic system, they explained the issues that arose during the inspection to the buyers and the listing agent, and helped devise a solution that created a win/win for everyone involved. They were was easy to work with and would work with them again! As a Veteran owned company I like to work with other Veterans in their small businesses! Use Carolina Septic Solutions for your local full service septic needs!

Carolina Septic Solutions is the best! Prompt service, great job, and as an added bonus, super nice guys! And did I mention honest? When they were leaving, I said to Josh, "See you in two years" and he replied, "Nope. At least four years, if not five -- unless you just want to give me money." Great company, great people -- give them a call.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! The entire CSS team wishes to thank you for your patronage, and we hope to see you again in 4 to 5 years. Enjoy this beautiful season!!

Incredible group of people and an outstanding septic company! If you need any septic work done, I highly recommend them. They’re friendly, professional, and truly care about their customers, plus, their work is top-notch. Curtis and Roy were amazing, working non-stop for three and a half days to install our new septic tank and field. Kim was also fantastic, answering all my questions beforehand and walking me through the entire process so I knew what to expect. I shopped around quite a bit, and after everything is said and done, they’re hands down the best in the city!

    Response from the owner

The entire team thanks you for your review! We appreciate your taking the time to share your experience and hope we can replicate that level of service for all our customers going forward! Blessings to you and your family this coming season.
