A whole hearted thank you to Mr. Johnny Frank. Last minute we were in need of septic service at 3pm on Saturday. As I called around a few places, I received a recommendation to call Carolina Environmental. Sure enough as luck would have it, Mr. Johnny was available to service our property and we gained several great restaurant recommendations! We had a problem and Carolina Environmental was the solution! I will call ahead next time and greatly appreciate the personable service.

Called on a Saturday for a semi urgent tank back up and he answered right away. Even though I am a little further out than he normally travels he agreed to come right out and was at my place within an hour. Wonderful, kind service and reasonably priced. 5 stars!

Had a septic issue late on a Sunday afternoon, they were quick to respond and pump down the tank and assist with a repair. Also charged a fair price for the service. Will use again for routine maintenance.
