Worse company that I have ever worked with. Their main guy comes in here telling me everything that he CAN NOT do. couple of light cap blocks need to be moved, NO he can not do that, so I as a 71 yr. old woman have no problem moving them, Had them before at my rental house and he would have done NOTHING if my renter had not shamed him into doing some work. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We need to clarify that safety and policy reasons prevent us from performing certain tasks outside just digging and cleaning out a septic tank. I would also like to add that it was more than a couple of blocks. A stack 4 feet high for a foundation build is not a couple blocks. However, the guys did move them and get your tank cleaned out. I'm sorry this still didn't make you happy. We regret any inconvenience this caused you and are sorry you fell this way. In addition, please be kind to people that you hire. We had a water leak in the main line coming to our house. The good service started from the nice person who answered the phone. Shane the owner showed up at our home in a few hours! They began work ahead of schedule and the job was done in a very timely manner. All of that and the ground was very wet red clay mud!! Highly recommend!!

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Initially, the technician refused to work without someone present, then left before my husband could arrive 15 minutes later. They claimed there was 'no leak,' but the pipes burst again shortly after. When I called back for help, the technician spoke to me in a condescending manner, talked over me, and even threatened to charge my rental company 3x the normal rate to make me look bad as a tenant. Unacceptable behavior and poor workmanship. Avoid this company

But when we was there the day before, you didn't have a water leak as you stated. All we were trying todo was figure out if we needed to come back or not. Also, when you have a company call you figure out what is going on, it is better for all parties for you not to get excited and start talking over them as we are here to help. But as you stated on the phone this time, the meter still wasn't spinning so you didn't have a leak. Not sure what you was hearing, but it wasn't your water. We also regret any misunderstanding regarding our service call policy and subsequent pipe issues but as a renter, that has nothing todo with you.
