    WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS/SELLERS: Terrible Communication & Incomplete Legal Documents If you are using Brother Plumbing for a real estate transaction, escrow, or official certification, look elsewhere. Their complete lack of post-payment communication is actively jeopardizing our process. They performed a septic certification for us and promptly took our payment. However, they only provided the original paperwork showing that the system failed (noting it took 40 minutes to clear). We have since resolved the issues, but despite emailing them multiple times, they have completely ghosted us.

    Raul, we want to help get this resolved. We did reply to your website chat the same evening you reached out (5:17 PM) and tried calling today without a response. A quick clarification on how real estate septic transactions work: we contract with the party who hires us for the inspection, and our reports are delivered to that party for them to share with the other side of the deal. Releasing documents directly to a non-contracting party requires the contracting party's written authorization, this protects everyone in the transaction. We genuinely want to help get this sorted out. Please text us and we'll coordinate accordingly.
