Excellent service as always. They have been our go to plumbers for almost 20 years. Javier replaced our water heater this morning. Everyone who has worked on our homes are great, including Bennie and Gabe. Highly recommend. Also appreciate their military discount.

Unfortunately, this place is two stars for me. The gentleman that came out to give the quote was very nice and sweet. I just don’t like their policy where they charge $60 plus $10 for gas just to come for an estimate. I called three other places and none of them charged for an estimate. And their estimate was a pretty outrageous price So it makes me feel like they make a ton of money from just giving estimates.

    Response from the owner

I am sorry that you disagree with the fee that was charged. The $60 fee that is charged is only for first time customers, and is only to prevent the calls from those that are merely using us for a number. All Customers are made aware of this fee before we come out, at which time they are also advised that the $60 fee gets applied to any authorized work. This is never a a surprise charge. Our company policy is to match any local licensed competitors rates. This ensures that our rates remain competitive. I am sorry we were not a good fit for you. I would be happy to speak more on this should you have any questions.

Before You Call

For a blocked sewer line, the decision is whether hydro-jetting suits the pipe and the cause of the blockage. A homeowner can ask how the crew decides whether to use it.
