We called on a Sunday and made available Monday to come out when they were busy...they answered all my questions and found the cost reasonable.though they wanted check or cash they waited at my home long enough to run. To the bank to bring back cash...wow I'm very happy....thanks

I called this company for service and they did come and cleaned my tank. It was raining and was I impressed at the time for what they did for me. Then a month later the lid fell through in the tank. Called them back out and they told me the lid had cracked and that there was nothing that they could do for me. Hum a cracked lid and this was the first time the system had been serviced since the instalation. They sait the weight of the dirt did it. REALLY? !!! They left in a hurry my son said. You decide how the lid got broken.

Tried these guys. On first day was unable to make appt because of equipment failure. Ok things happen i thought. Next day 2nd appt no show no call. I call and they said they couldnt make it "its raining". It wasn't raining at the job site. But you tell me that some grown men that pump sewage for a living is afraid of the rain. Hard to swallow to an old infantryman. Oh tank was already dug up and waiting to be pumped.
