John found that my shut off valve was never wired. Thanks for finding it .Someone had hot wired the old heater to something else. It could have been a disastrous.

My technician was Larry “Tyler “ and he was awesome!!! My appointment time was between 4 - 8 and he called at 3:30 and asked if it was OK if he came early! Tyler was quick and efficient! He knew his stuff and he explained everything to me! Very nice and I am so thankful that I called We Care and received great customer service from Kaley, Sarah and Tyler! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 09/14 I had another great experience with We Care! Happy Gilmore was the electrician technician who came out today, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
