Septic Services in Gresham
Quoted from the website of Brady's Septic Service, Inc, read 15 Sept 2026.
Every new system starts with a perc test: it measures how fast soil absorbs water and points to the type, size and location of the tank and drain field. Around Gresham, 75.8% of rated ground is rated very limited for septic drain fields, and the most common limit is seepage, where water leaves the bottom layer too fast and risks reaching groundwater. Map ratings cover whole areas rather than single yards, which is why the test happens on your own lot.
