Erik was so kind, and informative, and got us taken care of with quickly with excellence. Highly recommend! I will say as a woman who owns a home, I have delt with many home maintenance people and contractors, and most have left me feeling disrespected, and gun shy, but this company has been so wonderful to work with. Professional, yet neighborly and kind.

Excellent, honest, and fast service. Recently had a septic backup and came to find out it was due to flushing of non-toilet objects down the line. Brand's came out same day and has my entire system back up, pumped, inspected, and fixed same day, and best of all they didn't price gouge me. I will be using these guys for my septic needs in the future. Thank you.

We've had Eric do our last two inspections. This time, he identified and fixed a problem on the spot. Saved us a costly repair, and a big mess. Service is personable, price is reasonable. They are the only people I'll call for septic work.
