First, Proline Plumbing should be the only place you call when there is a plumbing issue, big or small. I hand an emergency toilet issue on a Sunday at 6:30 pm and I called hoping for a voicemail, but no I spoke to a live agent who sent someone out within the hour! It was assessed and I was scheduled for a fix in less than 48 hours! Nicholas is the best plumber (as well as the nicest and kindest human being) I think I will ever encounter for the rest of my life! He explained and got right to work. He had to return a week later (not his fault and completely mine) and got right to business!

    Response from the owner

Around Vancouver, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Vancouver city page for the full soil profile.
