I got a complimentary service estimate for my AC unit. My review would be more favorable, If I had received the services. I didn't agree with pay before service. So NO service NO pay. The technician seemed to be knowledgeable at his craft. This seems to be poor standards by MGMT if all customers are treated like this, I don't think you would be in business. Food for thought. " Would you pay for services no yet rendered?"

Had a main water line burst in my home. They came quickly, even though it was late in the day! First thing the next morning, they were at it and getting it fixed. Great guys, awesome work from them. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Best Care Home Services! Josh and Michael came out and completely relieved the stress of my plumbing issue from the moment they walked in. They assured me they would diagnose the problem, assess it thoroughly, and deliver a great outcome and they did exactly that. They were knowledgeable, professional, and handled everything with genuine care. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also walked me through the next steps and gave me total peace of mind that everything was taken care of.
