We had our septic system service by Bell. This is a family owned business and has expanded into Western WI. Zack did a great job and I enjoyed talking to him. Very knowledgeable young man and very polite. Thank you Zack !

If you want it done right the first time, give Bell a call. You’ll save money in the long run. We had ground water leaking into our tank from risers and cracked septic line. No more leaks after Bell came and replaced risers and fixed the line.

    Response from the owner

Hey Patrick, Thank you for the great review! We’re glad we could properly resolve the issues with your risers and septic line and give you peace of mind moving forward. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation!

I’ve learned that you need to trust the business that services your well and septic. I had a pump and alarm replaced, and, after working with Bell, they will be handling any future inspections and repairs for me. They are thorough in their evaluation of the issue, timely if it’s urgent, and reliable to show up. Thank you Chris and Renee for your excellent customer service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Tracy, for your thoughtful review. We are glad to know you trust us with your well and septic needs. Chris, Renee, and the entire team appreciate your kind words and look forward to continuing to provide you with timely and reliable service in the future.

I worked with Jake and his crew to design a pressure system when our drain field failed over the winter. Jake is masterful when it comes to designing, educating, and working with his customers regardless of budget. If you want a no nonsense, educated, efficient contractor look no further than Bell Excavating! Don’t settle for less, Bell excavating is the king for all your excavating and septic needs. You owe it to yourself, give Jake a call and get the project done right the first time!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Kevin. We’re grateful for your thoughtful words and are proud to have earned your trust. Jake and the team are committed to doing every job right the first time, and it's great to hear that reflected in your experience.

All you can ask for!!!! No one is ready for a septic problem and when it happens the last thing you want to do is spend time on the phone trying to find someone that isn't going to take advantage of the situation. I called and spoke with Jake who was very straight foward and honest about thier time/schedule. That day Chris stopped out and diagnosed the problem. Again they were very straight forward about the parts they needed and time frame of that. They set me up to temporarily use what I needed to be able to stay in my home.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Brian. We really appreciate your kind words and detailed feedback. Septic problems can be stressful, and we're glad Jake and Chris were able to provide honest, timely service when it mattered most. We're happy we could help you stay in your home comfortably during the repair process.
