    Update (January 28, 2026): I'm revising this review. While Anthony was professional and communicated well during the visit, he misdiagnosed my issue. My Ecobee thermostat was alerting me to frequent HVAC reboots. Anthony attributed the problem to dirty ductwork and performed routine maintenance. I had my ducts cleaned on January 16th, something that genuinely needed to be done after 15 years, but the reboots continued.
