Al’s took our call at 1 am for emergency septic services. They arrived and were done within two hours! In the middle of the night! Also, I truly appreciated a human answering the phone vs AI assistants that many bigger companies use!!! Will continue to use this company to service our septic system in the future!

Called on 03/16/26 for an emergency pump out. Al assured me they could fit me in tomorrow morning 03/17/26. Waited all morning for him, no call, no text, tried to call, left a message to no response!

Most homeowners describe prompt turnarounds for emergency pump-outs, tank cleanouts, and backup troubleshooting, often naming Andy or Jaden on service calls. Beth noted that the crew "came the day I called" to complete the job. One customer, Nick, reported waiting through the morning for a scheduled emergency pump-out without receiving a visit or response.
