Bailey Plumbing installed our water heater tank and the work was technically clean, done right, up to code, no issues since. Our issue wasn't a small one, but the crew is experienced and it showed: diagnosis was quick and the fix was efficient. Their dispatch and response system is genuinely advanced, communication stayed tight from the initial call through completion, and pulling in the whole team meant the job moved fast. On top of all that, they were a pleasure to have around. They made a stressful job actually enjoyable and memorable. Photos of the install attached.

    Response from the owner

Hi Clara, thank you so much for the detailed review and for sharing photos of the install! We're thrilled to hear that our team made a potentially stressful water heater replacement smooth, fast, and stress-free. Clear communication and top-quality work are what we strive for on every job. We truly appreciate your business and recommendation!

This business seems suspect. I was looking into replacing main water line (galvanized) from street to house and the galvanized pipe in my crawl space. They required $59 for an estimate. Other companies offered free estimates, but since Bailey had over 4 star ratings on google, I agreed. Two workers came out to evaluate. They did not even bother to enter the crawl space under the house. How can they know what they will be up against if they don't even look? Their bid came in ridiculously high at over $61,000!!! Other bids were $34,000, $28,000, and $18,000.

Local Ground

Around Los Gatos, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Los Gatos city page for the full soil profile.
