I had Bailey Plumbing replace a non functioning gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater. I thought I was being well taken care of until I realized how grossly overpriced the whole process was and that there was supposedly an immense amount of electrical work that would have to follow (conveniently by their sister company Safety First). At $18,000, Bailey Plumbing laughed their way to the bank. That’s just for the water pump replacement, electrical work was separate! Don’t let this company take advantage of you, no matter how nice and accommodating they seem.

Richie was the lead on my project. He is a great plumber and he was so nice. He guided us through the whole process and communicated very well. This guy went above and beyond and I took it upon Drain our water heater. Great guy and pleasant to work with.
