Austin Rooter LLC in TX

Amazing service. We had a slow drain issue and they were out within hours. They checked the tank (OK) and found roots in the house sewer line! They completed a complex repair with a lot of digging and upgraded our tank to have an inspection riser. I am a lifelong fan of Austin Rooter!

SPECTACULARLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The septic tank was right in the area I told them it was. Three different guys couldn't find it. They insist that they have to uninstall the toilet to be able to find the septic system. It wasnt till AFTER they uninstalled the toilet ,and found the septic right where I said it was, that the mention THEY COULDN'T REINSTALL THE TOILET BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PARTS! And then, they get angry with ME because I said I should have been told that it couldn't be reinstalled without parts and a plumber to do the work!!!! This is an on-going issue.

I’ve been using Austin Rooter for my septic needs for the past 4 years and they have been awesome. From septic pumps to replacing lids to small jobs, such as adding adding a riser lid. Quotes are provided at a reasonable rate & gets scheduled almost right away. Paying is super convenient as well, and if you need financing, they offer that too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We used inspect it Austin as a home inspector. They charged us a flat rate of right over $1000 for all inspections on a house we were interested in buying (NOT OUR HOUSE). The inspector informed us as we were there that the house was going to be pumped as they pulled up. The inspector then states that they stopped using them for a while because they would always raise their prices but they were the only ones available. The next day they sent us a invoice for $700 dollars.
