Lone Star Septic Services in TX

Watch out for this outfit. I had them come out because the septic alarm was going off. They came out and said it was due to a float and that the tank also needed to be pumped. They returned, pumped the tank, and said they had fixed the float issue. A few weeks later, I checked the alarm system on a hunch and saw that the alarm had just been turned off, when I turned it back on it was still ringing. I tried to work with Dorothy about the issue which translated into her saying a tech would come out and none would show, this happened twice. They finally stopped taking my calls.

Buyer beware! I was scammed. The guy quoted me $10K to replace about 150' of drain line on my septic system that did NOT need to be replaced. He claimed it was roots getting into the lines causing the blockage. It was not. It was simply a small blockage between the house clean out and the first riser. It was flushed out with my water hose. That was it. Nothing needed to be replaced. He bamboozled me and took advantage of a 75 year old man...disgusting.
