They did a great job! I don't know what we would have done without them. I couldn't even believe it when they pulled up. They had several trucks and there was even an excavator in one of the trucks. They came prepared. Impressive!

Excellent service! They notified me that they could arrive earlier, rather than just showing up on my doorstep. Respectful and professional with a sense of humor! Answered my questions, clearly explaining what to expect and showed me each step of the process. They pumped the septic tank, confirmed it is functioning as it should, and installed a new riser. The charge did not exceed what they quoted, even when they encountered a glitch--the septic lid had been cemented in place and required a jackhammer to remove. Highly recommend and will use them in the future!!!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customer reviews describe septic tank pumping, inspections and repairs, with crews arriving the same day or the next day after a call. Several customers name Cade, the owner, as the one who shows up and does the work. Mae wrote that the crew "found my septic buried deep in the ground" and still got the job finished. Home sales show up in these accounts too. One customer called for a septic inspection the day before a closing and had it back the same day, while another had the tank dug up and pumped the day the family called so the sale could move forward. FairOne's review tells of a crew that explained each step, pumped the tank and set a new riser, and Sheila watched several trucks and an excavator pull up ready for the dig.

Local Ground

Around Phoenix, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Phoenix city page for the full soil profile.
