Be sure to request a written quote before allowing any work to be done. I had ASI do a wire continuity and locator job. Never imagined it would be over $ 600. And I still had problems after. Part of it is on me (should have required a written quote.). Part of the blame is on ASI for not informing me of the time and cost required. Lesson learned. Didn't use them. Didn't like their business practices.

I was amazed at the speed I was lucky enough to get. Called at 8am, job done at 10am! The guys were friendly & professional. The grinder pump was 22 yrs old so I always had this nagging feeling about it. Despite being a big bill, It was not as expensive as I thought. I would have paid double to get the job done & not have sewage backed up in the house. I jumped up a couple times in the middle of the night to check for sewage after hearing strange sounds out of my toilet. That's freakin' scary! Grateful that worry is now gone.

I could not have been happier with this company. From Julie who took my call to the technicians who showed up they were great. My grinder pump alarm was going off Julie told me exactly how they would handle it she told me what all the costs would be and when the project was completed it was done for less money than I was anticipating. Please don't hesitate to use this company they are awesome

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe the same kind of rescue: a grinder pump alarm going off and a crew arriving fast. Brenda was "here within two hours" and had her pump replaced in 30 minutes, and gbpkrs12 called at 8 in the morning and the job was done by 10. Customers point to the people doing the work, too. Julie took Mike's call and laid out the costs before the technicians arrived, Jeremy and Joel explained the situation on thomas's job, and Joe had two technicians at his door within half an hour of calling.

Before You Call

A failing grinder pump forces a quick decision, and the question worth asking on the phone is whether they can pump the tank and inspect the pump on the same visit. Area Septic Installation offers both, so one call can settle what the system needs.
