American Septic Pumping LLC in Ramer, TN

We had a great experience with Richard Mercer and American Septic! Our Septic system was 30yrs old and in bad shape, causing pooling areas in the lawn. They came out and in about 5hrs They dug up and collapsed the old tank, and installed a state of the art new tank, pvc pipes, and double field lines. Did a fantastic professional job at a fair price.

Richard and his crew are all such nice guys & SO efficient and professional. They actually came a day earlier than they were originally scheduled to come (after calling to make sure I was home). I knew the general area but didn't know the exact location of my tank, and they found it in about 2 minutes. Then they very quickly pumped it out and reassured me that everything was in good condition. I highly recommend them - they make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Thanks so much guys, I appreciate you!

I cannot say enough good things about Chandler, Richard, and Dusty! They truly went above and beyond for my clients and made sure everyone involved was taken care of, both the seller and the buyer. They didn’t leave until the job was completely finished and everything was made right. But what impressed me just as much as their work was the reassurance they gave everyone throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, talked us through everything, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable.

Awesome folks, stopped in to talk about what we thought was our septic, discovered it was an old grease trap, and was able to locate the general vicinity of our septic. No pressure, set up appoinent that day and pumped it out same day! Professional and courteous to the last
