ABSOLUTELY AWFUL HUMAN BEINGS. Threatened to sue my husband because they pumped a septic that wasn't ours. It took them 3 weeks to get back to us about FINISHING a job that they were already paid for. Do not ever expect a timely callback. They do not perform good service even when they finally get around to doing it. My favorite part was being told that our pumping fee would be $500 and then getting a bill for $1,200. Said they used 3 trucks but only saw 1. Also getting charged $400 for a digging fee when they just scraped the ground to follow a piece of PVC line was hilarious.

So, after checking our septic system in the morning, none of our toilets or showers work. Why? It needs to be pumped out, yet they didn't feel the need to tell us this morning. Now we have an entire day with no water for toilets, showers, dishwasher, etc. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!!!! OH, and thanks to them NOT telling us, one bathroom flooded and I spent two hours mopping it up and drying what may now be destroyed. Again, YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Aloha came out on time and serviced our septic the day after calling! Chris was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Our septic is in a unique situation and he explained very thoroughly how to care for our conventional system. Very happy with the service and how professional they were. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks aloha!
