As a real estate broker for over 22 years, Alberta Septic has been my go-to septic company for most of my career. Their team consistently demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping homeowners understand their septic systems. What I appreciate most is that they never try to nickel and dime my clients for unnecessary work like many other companies do. They are honest, thorough, and always go above and beyond to take great care of the people I send their way. Alberta Septic is family owned, and it truly shows.

We have used Alberta Septic in our different residences over the years and they are the very best! We were referred to them by another very satisfied customer and could not have been happier. Daley is AWESOME and so extremely knowledgeable- he really knows what he is doing - super great guy, too! Awesome business - very responsive and helpful. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Daley and his team are seriously 10/10! You can tell it’s a family-owned business by how friendly and caring they are. They treat their customers like family and are honest about the work you actually need. I can’t recommend them enough.

In King County house sellers are required to have their septic tank system inspected by a King County licensed on-site system maintainer (OSM). We scheduled an inspection with Alberta because their website states that they have licensed OSMs preform the inspections. They sent Daley Paris, who is not a licensed OSM, based on King County's list of OSMs. We looked into his qualifications because he was very high pressure to schedule work to be done by Alberta immediately.

Homeowners describe prompt arrival for maintenance visits and tank evaluations handled by crew members Daley and Tyler. Laura noted that the crew explains system needs clearly without recommending "unnecessary work" during service calls. One customer, Jo, reported that a technician focused on selling repairs during a home sale inspection and that a different person signed the inspection report.
