We had a challenging situation with our tank and Aaron came over in the evening and helped us poke around in the woods to find the tank lid on our old tank. He made sure the tank was completely pumped out and explained how our tank was built. He even rearranged his morning to get to us first thing since we couldn't use our plumbing which I really appreciated. Extremely friendly and helpful. Don't call anyone else. I won't.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad that we could get you taken care of and fixed up! It was good meeting. You have a great day, sir!

It was Easter Sunday and we had a septic backing up emergency. I accidentally called Abe’s in Tennessee when I meant to call the Abe’s in Indiana. The kindest, friendliest, most professional person answered the phone and explained that we had called the wrong company but asked if he could help us. His name was Aaron and he Face Timed with us for two hours, talking us through the process of fixing the backing up issue. It was a complicated issue that required a professional. Aaron stayed on the phone with us until we were comfortable enough to use our water and plumbing.

    Response from the owner

Homeowners describe Aaron responding quickly to urgent calls on evenings and weekends to pump out full septic systems. The work often involves locating buried access covers in difficult spots, including beneath decks or out in wooded terrain. Russell noted that Aaron took the time to "poke around in the woods" to uncover an older tank lid and finish the pump-out.
