I called several septic services. Randy said he would like the job. He had 2 workers come the next day to clear out my septic tanks. They were here for approximately 30 minutes. When I returned home I came to a complete mess. Both of my bath tubs were filled with nasty water. My toilets were making a gurling noise. I called him right away to ask him what happened. He didn't want to take responsibility for not completing the job correctly. Mind you he was paid in full. He wouldn't answer my calls or text messages. This was the worst service ever!

I contacted this company after finding them on Google, as the company I usually use was unable to assist due to permit issues. Randy and his team arrived at my rental property within about 15 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. From the moment I called, he was friendly and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided me with different options. I highly recommend this company, they are fast, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable. Thank you, AAA, I truly appreciate your help!

    Response from the owner

Randy and his crew took care of me! Like most people I had no idea what my septic tank needed and Randy was very helpful and took great care of me. If you’re near the Fontana area don’t waste your time with anyone else.

    Response from the owner

.Hi Adam! Made our day to hear about your positive experience with Randy's team. We're dedicated to clear communication and excellent septic service across the Fontana area.
