I came home from dinner and found my backyard flooded. The dogs broke the hose bib. I panicked and called Cisneros Brothers. Told them what was going on. I took pictures and Supervisor Christian walked me through what each picture was and what it would do. He helped me turn the water off from the main at the street while Sara dispatched one of their technicians out. I ended up telling them that I would be able to replace it myself but they did great calming me down and walking me through what I needed to go buy. These guys are the best up here in the high desert.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Karen, for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad Christian and Sara were able to help you stay calm, get the water shut off, and walk you through the situation step by step. We know coming home to a flooded backyard can be incredibly stressful, and we’re happy our team could be there to help, even if you ultimately decided to handle the repair yourself. We truly appreciate your continued trust in Cisneros Brothers and your kind words about our team. We’re always here to help, whether you need us for a full repair or just some guidance when you’re in a bind. Thank you again, Karen! We’re grateful to have you as a customer.
