A Quality Pumping & Septic Tank Service in Clanton, AL

We just bought the house and didn't know where the septic tank was. Had another company come out and they couldn't find it. Called A Quality Pumping and they found the tank in 10 minutes. Pumped it out. Very professional and friendly. My great granddaughter was at the window watching them and took the time to acknowledge her and wave and smile at her. She was thrilled.

Responsive, prompt, professional, easy to work with, and great people! Very reasonable price. Ron kept his word and followed through. Great experience working with him. A Quality will be our septic maintenance company from now on. Highly recommended! Being a contractor myself, I completely understand why our lakefront property cost $100 dollars more - you never know what you will find out there. They cleaned up professionally and left my yard ready for me do the finish landscaping. Exactly what I wanted.

I feel that a 1-star rating isn’t entirely fair, as they did answer the phone, so 2 stars seems more appropriate. However, I want to give others a heads-up about a few things. First, they will charge extra if your house is on the lake, even if the yard is flat and there are no issues with their truck accessing the property. It seems they base the price increase solely on the assumption that lakefront properties are wealthier. When I questioned this higher charge, Ron interrupted me repeatedly and wouldn't let me finish speaking to explain my concerns.
