    September 2026

I have used this company for years. Recently had them out and they were honest with me that the tank didn’t need to be pumped and that I could wait another year. This company is professional, punctual and honest. I would definitely refer their services!

    Response from the owner

Glad we could save you some money until next year! We will always be honest about the condition of your system. Thanks for the great review!

Spenser and Vanessa are amazing to work with. They were great at communicating the processes, and provided really candid information about the condition of our septic tank. While the results of our tank pump-out and inspection weren't great (40+ years of not being pumped is not a good thing), they were honest, kind and affordable. 100% would recommend them for quality septic service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for trusting us with your situation! We will always provide honest service, even when it's not the message we wish to be delivering. Happy to help you through the process and make you feel confident in the next steps.

    July 2026

We have been an A-1 Septic customer for nearly 20 years and have always received friendly, fairly priced service. The service quality from most firms tends to decline over time…. That is definitely NOT the case with A-1. The new owners have made a very good business even better. I wouldn’t even consider trying anyone else. THANK YOU!

    Response from the owner

Rex, thank you so much for recognizing the honest work we uphold. Septic should be an honest business and we do our best to exemplify that. We appreciate your business!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Clint! We are thrilled that your first experience with our company was a positive one. We appreciate your business and look forward to servicing you again in the future.

    July 2026

I had A1 Septic out the other day for an alarm issue and they were there within 45 minutes, diagnosed it, and then had it fixed all within another 45 minutes. Travis was great and was able to get it fixed quickly. Our go to people now.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the kind review James! Alarms can be nerve wracking when you aren’t sure what’s causing them. Glad we were able to get you guys back up and running quickly. We appreciate your business!

Before You Call

A real-estate septic inspection can become time-sensitive as closing approaches. Homeowners can ask whether A-1 can complete the inspection before their closing date.
