We had hired another Boulder County septic company. That company spent twenty minutes at our house and said we needed a whole new system. We spoke with Greg atGapter and he did a ton of research including pulling all old permits on the property. Colin came out a few days later and spent several hours inspecting the system and problem solving. All was fixed at a minimal cost. Extremely professional and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. Saved us tens of thousands of dollars!

We engaged Gapter in October 2025, based on multiple recommendations, to complete a new septic system installation on our property. After authorizing the work, communication became inconsistent and required repeated follow-ups over several months just to obtain updates. Gapter advised they preferred not to proceed with excavation during the winter due to frost conditions and recommended waiting until March. We agreed to that timeline. Despite this, March passed without any outreach, scheduling, or progress from their team. We ultimately initiated contact again in April.

Prompt and exceptional service. These guys replaced our aging septic system, and throughout the entire process they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a great deal of respect for my family and property. They ensured the excavation was only as large as it needed to be, and they put back anything they had to move. I even saw them reinstall my weather vane with a bubble level. If these guys don't exceed your expectations, nobody can.

We had our septic tanks cleaned out today. No big deal right. Wrong. This young man far exceeded my expectations of customer service. He came back after his last call and fixed a lid on one of my tanks. Thank You !

    Response from the owner
