I got ghosted. Needed a septic/drain field inspection which A-1 responded to relatively quickly. Came out and were friendly and professional, let me know that I did indeed need new lines. Was told I would receive an email and a quote, never heard back from them. I understand people get busy but this seems to be more common, for me at least, that some company's 'forget' to respond. They were initially friendly and professional and I'm sure they do good work so they must've not had time for me. At the cost of this repair I don't like the idea of being 'forgotten'.

    Response from the owner

hey Alan this is Shane holder at A1 septic. I don't recall the name or any record of an inspection.

A-1 septic is a great company to work with. They are very responsive and acted quickly when I contacted them. Pumped my tank and inspected it the same day I called. Shane gave me a fair quote and explained my drain field problems that I needed repaired. His employees are very knowledgeable as well and care about their work. Left the job site very clean and organized. Communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Before You Call

Most septic problems come down to one of two jobs, a septic pump repair or drain field work, and A-1 handles both along with new system installation. Whether a repair will do or the field lines need replacing is the decision a homeowner faces first. It is a fair question to put to Shane on the phone, and an inspection can settle it before any digging starts.
