I couldn’t be happier with the service Josh and his team provided. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Josh was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. The quality of the repair was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the work area was left spotless when they finished. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Josh has earned my business for any future plumbing needs.

If I could do 0 stars I would! Stay very far away unless you have a small quick job anything big expect it to be done in well over the time limit or not at all. Highly recommend all materials being dropped off at location after paid for and check that all materials are there if you expect to use Josh. He was horrible!! Would come in work an hour at a time and basically stand around kicking stuff over damaging stuff that was caught on video then tried denying it wouldn’t buy the tools needed for our job so used my husbands tools/ladder.

We used Josh/5 star Plumbing for our drain field replacement. His line of communication was always available during the time frame. We will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!

We had a sewer back up in our basement and lost everything we had. We had multiple different plumbing companies come out and each gave us a different answer on what was the cause of the problem. We heard nothing but great things from family friends about 5 Star Plumbing, and they showed up less than 24 hours later, gave us the actual answer for the problem with the most reasonable price. Josh even squeezed us in to get the work done sooner than later. He had nothing but excellent communication with us and had the problem fixed quickly! Highly recommend these guys!!
